Hearth & Haven Families keeps a verified roster of night nurses, newborn care specialists, postpartum doulas, and nannies — and introduces caregivers to families and licensed partner agencies when there is a real match for your role, your rate, and your availability, including in the gaps between your own bookings.

What it costs you

Nothing. Ever. No joining fee, no fee per introduction, and no cut of your rate. Families and agencies pay us; caregivers are never charged anything.

How verification works — all by email

• Identity confirmed — send a photo of your government ID and a selfie holding it; we match them to your application.
• Credentials reviewed — send photos or scans of your certifications (newborn care, doula training, CPR/first aid); we record the issuer and dates and spot-check public registries.
• Experience cross-checked — we compare your claimed experience against your public profiles and listings.
• Documents on file — your documents stay on file and are re-checked as they expire.

The whole process takes a few minutes of your time, on your schedule — no calls, no office visit.

After you're Verified

• Your profile (first name + last initial, role, experience, rate, availability) is shown to member families and partner agencies.
• You hear from us when a family or agency matches your role, rate, and dates — you always choose whether to take an introduction.
• Families hire you directly or through a licensed partner agency; you set your own rate and terms.
